Our easy access tubs will accommodate the largest breeds and we have drop-in platforms to make it easy to bathe the smallest breeds as well. Our shampoos are gentle and organic made right in Seattle. For our self-service washers we provide a great selection of grooming tools, an endless supply of warm water and towels, plenty of help and treats to ensure your washing success, and never a time limit.

For our guests that seek even more convenience we offer both full service washes (we wash your dog for you) and complete professional grooming with standard breed cuts or cuts to your personal preference. We even offer pick-up and delivery to get your dog to and from a bath or groom.      

Best Buddy is more than best of class washing and grooming. We spend countless hours searching for best of class products to solve basic problems for you and make your dog healthier and happier. We don’t stock dozens of products in a category and expect you to guess at the best solution. We do the homework, talk directly with the manufacturers and select the items that we believe will best meet your needs.  We take the time to learn about you and your dog and take pride in being able to share our detailed knowledge of the products we carry in the context of your personal requirements.

Our treats contain no wheat, corn or soy. Our grooming supplies and skin care products are the products that we use ourselves at the store and at home. We test toys and accessories with our own dogs before we bring them into the store so that we can make the best selections and let you know what to expect.

With the trend toward globalization, many US companies choose to manufacture their products in China. Some of these products are high quality and when they prove to be best in class we will carry them, but we work extremely hard to find products that are made in the USA and even better in Washington State to fill our shelves. The majority of what you’ll find at Best Buddy is made in the USA by people who love their dogs and bring them to work just like we do.

About the Owners

Jeff and Debby Zuber have lived in the Snoqualmie Valley since 1995. They had the great pleasure of raising their daughter in this truly wonderful place.

For Debby dogs have always been a passion. She has been competing in dog agility since 1997 and is a member of the Rainier Agility Team. She is a graduate of the Northwest School of Animal Massage, frequently volunteers with various no-kill animal adoption organizations, and spent several years visiting hospitals with her Delta Society certified therapy dog, Sophie. She is a strong believer in the joy and benefit of sharing our lives with pets and dedicated to doing everything she can to improve the experience of every dog and pet parent she meets.

Jeff thrives on solving problems and discovering new things. After 20 plus years of product marketing in the high-tech industry he is excited to be able to apply the skills he acquired to building a successful small business with Debby. You can frequently find him in front of the computer for hours at a time searching for the ideal solution for a Best Buddy guest.
